*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ ***

  • Majority of roles are CONTINUITY – You will most likely be required for multiple dates if you are selected for a role.
  • Black Tie Attire Required – Tuxedos, Gowns, Upscale Suits SOME OVERNIGHT SHOOTS EXPECTED ( Oct 20th & 22nd Confirmed – Other dates possible)
  • Roles with the same names are Continuity Roles needed on various dates. Please update your availability regularly.
  • Please make sure that your wardrobe options are LOGO FREE and FREE FROM BRANDING of any kind. – This is very important!
  • LOCATIONS: Carleton Place / Manotick – All Dates
  • ALLERGEN INFO: Some locations may affect pet allergies (cat specifically) and seasonal allergies (greenhouse)
  • WARDROBE: Upscale Black Tie Attire – Dressed for a Wealthy Gala night
  • Performers must have full availability for days they apply for (this means that you do not have other plans during the day/evening on days you apply for)
  • Performers must have own transportation to set – VARIOUS LOCATIONS OUTSIDE OF DOWNTOWN OTTAWA – Manotick, Carleton Place, Carp
  • ACTRA Set – Union and Non-Union performers are welcome to apply
  • All genders, abilities and skill levels are welcome to apply!

When you apply to a role, your profile is included in a talent pool accessible to background casting directors or associates. If you've been cast, you will receive an email congratulating you and asking you to accept the invitation for the role.

After accepting a role, you will receive another email 12-24 hours before your shoot date with details about the location and wardrobe.
