How to Watch Season 3 of SYFY’s SurrealEstate

April 29 2025

Article from SYFY:

For most folks diving into the housing market, factors like space, location, and, of course, financial preparedness are all important things to consider. Ghosts, ghouls, demons, and other supernatural entities don’t often come into the mix once folks decide they’re ready to take out a mortgage.

But just in case you find yourself in need of some unexpected ghost-busting, the Roman-Ireland Agency is here to help in Season 3 of SYFY‘s SurrealEstate. And you know what? Ridding the neighborhood of spectral spooks makes Luke Roman (Tim Rozon) and Susan Ireland (Sarah Levy) feel good. Very good, in fact. The third season, which arrives on a television set near you April 3, will feature a time jump three years into the future, where the newly-conglomerated agency continues to do what it does best: fumigating haunted domiciles.

How can you watch Season 3 of SYFY’s SurrealEstate?

SurrealEstate Season 3 is slated to premiere on SYFY Thursday, April 3 at 10:00 p.m. ET, with new weekly episodes arriving each Thursday thereafter in the same time slot. Click here for a guide on everything you need to know about Season 3.

What is Season 3 of SurrealEstate about?

While business booms for the Roman-Ireland Agency, Luke suddenly finds himself stalked by a demonic nemesis from childhood, a being who threatens him and everyone he cares about — whether they’re alive or dead! Pretty scary when even your immortal soul isn’t safe. It also spells nothing but trouble for our collection of earthbound heroes: Luke’s main squeeze Megan Donovan (Tennille Read), tech specialist August Ripley (Maurice Dean Wint), and ex-Catholic monk Father Phil Orley (Adam Korson).

“There’s a real trope that networks always want just more action, more scares, more this, more that,” creator, showrunner, and executive producer George R. Olson told ahead of the Season 1 premiere. “SYFY has, from the first day, said we want to feel the characters and we want to see what they’re really like. They really challenged me and my wonderful writers to come up with those moments and those backstories and those quirks, and those irrational things that make people people, and bake them into the scares and the horror.”

Now you can apply directly to projects that are posted on the site by a variety of casting companies. Before applying to a project it’s best to thoroughly read through the project description.

The project description is a place where casting professionals can include important information about a project such as: locations, dates, role requirements, resident eligibility, and other information. Reading these descriptions ensures that you have the most information possible before applying to roles.

When you apply to a role, your profile is included in a talent pool accessible to background casting directors or associates. If you've been cast, you will receive an email congratulating you and asking you to accept the invitation for the role.

After accepting a role, you will receive another email 12-24 hours before your shoot date with details about the location and wardrobe.
